Guarantee: This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, and free from any life threatening genetic defects to the best of the seller’s knowledge. If he/she wishes, the buyer has 72 hours, from the time of pick up, to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. IF THERE IS A LIFE THREATENING PROBEM THAT CANNOT BE RECTIFIED you may return the puppy to us, at your expense, on the day following this vet exam, along with the veterinarian’s statement indicating the life threatening problem. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price. (Exclusion: This does not include the presence of parasites and also does not apply to a health problem resulting from injury or accident due to buyer’s negligence) Viral or bacterial infections such as Coccidia and Giardia are easily treated and very common in puppies. These are not covered in the health guarantee as puppies are naturally at risk for them. They can be picked up in transit or due to stress when going into a new home but are nothing serious and are easily taken care of should they occur. Umbilical hernias, otherwise knows as “outie belly buttons” are also not covered in the health guarantee. These are also easily rectified during your pup’s recommended spay or neuter. Breeder accepts no liability for communicable disease (such as parvo) 24 hours after puppy leaves the possession of the breeder.

Because we believe so strongly that good nutrition plays a critical role in the overall health of an animal, we are offering a “Lifetime Free Replacement Puppy Guarantee.” Should you choose this, the lifetime guarantee stipulates the puppy must be fed PawTree dog food for his/her entire lifetime from the Stellar Aussie rep site or links provided to you. The reason we have chosen to offer this option is because so many dogs and cats are acquiring serious, life threatening health issues due to poor diet and vitamin deficiency. We believe that these products provide optimum nutritional benefits, ensuring good health and longevity for your dog, which is why we are willing to stand behind this guarantee. If your Stellar Aussie does not reach a life expectancy of at least 10 years, you will be eligible to receive a free replacement puppy of equal value.
LIFETIME FREE REPLACEMENT PUPPY INFORMATION: THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE VET CHECK, VACCINATIONS, DEWORMING, TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER FEES. THIS GUARANTEE IS FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR STELLAR AUSSIE AND DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DEATH, NEGLECT, ABUSE OR INJURIES THAT YOUR DOG MAY SUSTAIN WHILE BEING A PART OF YOUR FAMILY.
In the case of a sudden death, the breeder must receive a written notice of the dog’s death from the owner’s vet, along with a necropsy report indicating the cause of death. If buyer chooses to keep puppy, no replacement or refund will be given.
• Provided this puppy is kept on the PawTree dog food, treats and supplements, this dog will be guaranteed against genetic disease (severe hip dysplasia which hampers the dog's movement and natural gait and which requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe, life threatening nature.) No replacement will be offered in case of Parvo.
• The original buyer of the dog has the right to a replacement puppy from the next available and comparable litter if the following criteria have been met.
The original buyer must own the puppy
2. The puppy must not have sired or whelped a litter (it must be spayed or neutered)
3. The buyer must show veterinary statement of diagnosis.
4. Buyer must have continued to feed this dog PawTree dog food, treats and supplements through my replicator site.
First Right of Recovery: If the buyer is unable to care for this puppy for any reason, Stellar Aussies (Elizabeth Johnson) retains the right of recovery of the puppy at the buyer’s expense. The buyer must notify Stellar Aussies (Elizabeth Johnson) of the change of circumstance and give the seller first right to the dog before any other action is taken. This includes but is not limited to selling the dog to another buyer. No money shall be refunded or exchanged to buyer. This pup must NEVER be sold to a pet store, broker, puppy mill or surrendered to a shelter or medical lab.
Buyer acknowledges that the seller has recommended, for the health of the puppy, PawTree dog food, treats, and products. The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills made after the pup leaves the care of Stellar Aussies (Elizabeth Johnson) and shall not be responsible for injury caused by carelessness or negligence on the part of the buyer. Breeder has the right to, at any time, choose to stop breeding dogs. In this case, no replacement puppies shall be given and the contract is void. Breeder makes no guarantees regarding the loss of puppy due to accidental death, theft, sickness due to lack of vaccinations, etc. or any other loss beyond the control of the breeder, except as stated above.
Buyer certifies, by signing this agreement, that he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase; that the Buyer will not resell this puppy to a puppy mill, commercial breeder, pet store or medical research facility. Breeder retains the right to reclaim the dog if we find it is being mistreated or neglected. Any mistreatment or neglect voids all guarantees.
I acknowledge that this is a legal and binding contract and have reviewed and agree to the terms listed above (p. 1-2). The buyer agrees to maintain up to date vaccines, dewormings, heartworm and flea/tick prevention, and to keep the puppy/dog in humane conditions, providing proper food, water and shelter. The buyer also agrees that this dog will never be bred. (Unless purchased breeding rights) The dog will be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age, no later than 2 yrs old. Failure to follow the above contract will result in a breach of contract and shall render the contract null and void. When a deposit is received by Stellar Aussies (Elizabeth Johnson), the Purchaser automatically agrees to the terms of this contract, even if both parties have not yet signed the contract.
